The YES GRADS are YES Company Alumni High School Graduates who serve as mentors and present performance pieces as YES COMPANY fundraisers.

Additionally, because YES Company has expanded to produce activities throughout the school year focused on Junior High and Elementary students mentored by YES COMPANY GRADS and Alumni.  Through this experience of mentoring both parties benefit.  The mentors obtain knowledge and skill in the areas of communication as they hone their own talents and share those abilities with younger students. 

Serving as role models they examine their own choices and responsibilities and the positive effect they can have on another person’s life.  As they proceed into adult life this experience will have a considerable affect as they become conscientious community members.  Those they mentor are afforded attention and shared experiences on a profound level, which ideally should be available to many more youth who are in need.
