Ticketing Policy

• KIDETTES & KIDS SHOWS ONLY
• There are no refunds for unused tickets.
• Tickets may be exchanged up to 30 minutes prior to curtain.
• There are no exchanges for unused tickets after 30 minutes prior to curtain.
• "Children" are 2 to 12 years of age.
• Infants under the age of 2 are not admitted.
• Tickets reflect assigned seating.
• Online ticketing closes 4 hours prior to curtain.
• Any remaining available seats may be purchased at the theatre box office 1.5 hours prior to each performance.
• Paid Will-Call tickets will be released 5 minutes after curtain if not collected by patron.
• Unpaid Will-Call tickets will be released 30 minutes prior to curtain if not purchased by patron by that time.

House Policy

To make theatre-going a pleasant experience, as a courtesy to patrons, to remain in compliance with the licensing agreement, and to ensure actor safety,

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

• LATE COMERS: Those arriving late will be seated during a break in the action of the show at the discretion of the House Manager.
• CHILDREN: Youth under 2 will not be admitted. Promptly remove your child if he or she becomes disruptive.
• STILL & VIDEO CAMERAS, TAPE RECORDERS, PICTURE PHONES: Videotaping or other video/audio recording or photographing any YES Company production is strictly prohibited.
• CELL PHONES, ELECTRONICS: Upon entering the theatre, turn all phones and any other electronic devices OFF as they interfere with the wireless sound system. Other noise makers, i.e., watches, must be switched to a "no sound" setting.
• Aisles & Exits: Remain seated for the duration of each act until the house lights have been turned on. Please note the nearest exit. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please walk to an exit.
• Food, drink, smoke: Consumables are strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Please enjoy concessions outdoors. Smokers are to clear entrances and patios by twenty feet.
